Simple Usage Directions:

Capsules are best consumed between meals. For maximum results, a loading dose of 1000mg for every 50 lbs of body weight is suggested for a minimum 2 week period.

In granule form, simply tear a 500mg packet open and sprinkle over acidic beverages like coffee, juices and wine to neutralize 90% of the acidity, or over acidic foods such as meat and eggs, without changing the taste.

How Does Alkalete Compare to Electronically Alkalized Water?
