As you transform your life during the Better Body Resolution, you may find yourself thinking that you’re doing it on your own. But while it’s your efforts that will ultimately make the biggest difference, having people that support you can help a lot.
Here’s why your support system matters and how supporting each other can make everyone stronger!
Your support system can have a big impact on your ability to reach your health-related goals. It’s much easier to stay on track when the people around you support you in your efforts. Surround yourself with people who want to see you transform your life, and lean on them when you need a little extra encouragement.
If you know someone who is also using the Better Body System, pair up and help each other out! You can exchange BBS-friendly recipes, share tips for success, and offer support when temptations arise. You’ll also feel more accountable if you have a partner, which can carry you through when your willpower wanes. By working together, you’ll both be stronger than if you were doing it alone!
In addition to reaching out to the people in your life, you can make Yoli Nation part of your support system. To connect with the Yoli community, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@YoliBetterBody). Throughout the BBR, we’re hosting Facebook contests, giving you the opportunity to engage with other Yoli users. This week, you can nominate someone else’s transformation on our Facebook page for a chance to win a prize for each of you, so be sure to participate!
Being part of a support system will also help when you’re working toward a financial transformation. Sharing the Better Body System takes time and effort, and having the support of the people in your life will help you stay dedicated.
Having the support of other Yoli Members will also be helpful. Stay in contact with the person who introduced you to Yoli. They can share their experiences and help you avoid some of the obstacles that they’ve encountered along the way.
If you know other Yoli Members on your team, try working together. One way to do this is by holding joint Better Body Parties. Everyone has unique skills, so teaming up can benefit each of you. For example, your friend might be better at inviting people to BBPs, while you may be great at sharing your transformation story. Working together will help you strengthen your skills as you learn from each other!
Doing Your Part
Remember, being part of a support system doesn’t just benefit you. Make sure you’re doing your part to support others, too! If you introduced someone to the Better Body System, reach out to answer any questions they might have and support them as they work toward optimal health. If you’re a Sponsor, take the time to walk your new Members through Fast Track Training and make sure you help them with their first Better Body Parties. Your support can have a huge impact on their success, so work hard to be there for them!
Having a support system is a key part of success, so we encourage you to reach out to the people in your life. For more tips for success, subscribe to the blog and check out our Facebook page!
