5 Tips For Your Heart Health

1. Exercise.

Exercise can have a powerful impact on your heart health. Your heart is a muscle, and just like your other muscles, exercise helps it become stronger and more efficient. Be sure to read nutritional labels, as even foods that are marketed as healthy can be filled with sugar!
