Fall is one of our favorite times of the year. The weather is cooler, the leaves are beautiful, and best of all, new seasonal flavors are abundant. If you want to celebrate the new season in a healthier way, we have just the thing for you! Check out some of our favorite fall smoothie recipes below.
SALTED CARAMEL mocha smoothie
Ingredients
- One packet Awaken, stirred into water and chilled
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 small, frozen banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate YES (optional)
- 3 pitted dates
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of ice
Directions
- If your dates are not already soft, add them to warm water for 15 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. If you are wanting to use this as a meal replacement, be sure to add in a scoop of YES. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
butternut squash
Ingredients
- ½ cup butternut squash, cubed, roasted, and cooled
- 1 scoop Vanilla YES
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 2-3 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and indulge!
cranberry orange
Ingredients
- 4 oranges, peeled and halved
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 prepared packet Truth
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like thicker or colder smoothies, add ice and blend in. Enjoy right away, or keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
