We kicked off the 2018 Better Body Resolution this week with a social media contest asking about your new year’s resolutions, and we were blown away by the response! We received a ton of resolutions, and we loved every single one. Some were about healthy eating. Some were about fitness and exercise. Some were about financial freedom. Some didn’t have anything to do with Yoli at all! No matter what your resolutions are, we’re in your corner and we want to see you succeed.
Here are just a few of our favorite posts from this week’s social media contest!
Jean Ballinger: To make a list of daily, weekly and monthly to-dos, then see how many I can check off each day. But have no regrets if I only check off one item. Be nice to myself! I am a good person and tomorrow is another day to try try again.
Tara Ensminger: I am really committing myself to me! No ifs, ands, or buts! I have put myself off for too long putting everyone before me and my health has suffered because of it. This is my year! Time to get healthy again!

4. Let go of negativity and those who influence it
5. Yoga once per week
6. Be more in the moment with my family/friends

Rhonda Vinsand : Continue to share this awesome journey and sharing with so many friends. My goal is better support for everyone in the program. My personal goal is to maintain and continue to feel good!!
Courtney L Fals:
- Gain more weight (20lbs)
2. Lift weights to build muscle.
3. Get out of debt.
4. Try to be more successful in my business endeavors.
5. Go to all the barrel races and rodeos I can this summer.
Lynn Olds: Exercise, learn to accept this is a way of life and not a diet, and accept every step forward as success (even if it wasn’t as good as the next person).
Kelli Oetzman: 1- To be active every day. 2- Eat healthier. 3- Forgive myself if I stray and then get right back on track.

Lenna Loan Thuy Rios: Being a nurse we all know how hard it is to get our protein in… so it’s making snacks on the go!
Kim Kienow Pulfrey: 1. Lose 50 pounds. 2. Walk 5 days a week for 30 minutes. 3. Enjoy life and stress less!!!
Christie Moehlis Folkerts: Take up running! I’m signing up for several 5Ks throughout the year to help me stay on track.
Tonia Sandersfeld-Miller: Finish my master’s paper and graduate!
- Help family physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually
- Drop 40 lbs. by March, 2018
- Exercise 3x a week.
- Be disciplined in taking Yoli products and never miss a day in 2018.
Taryn Hancock: This is the year of me – finally! I will recommit to Yoli and my journey to better health and well-being. I will say no to things and people that don’t mean to be a positive, supportive part of my life and journey. I will share Yoli with everyone I can and help others with their transformation journey. I’m claiming success in all aspects of my journey in 2018 and beyond!
One of our favorite parts of this week’s contest post was seeing other people comment and engage with each other offering support and encouragement. Keep up the good work, Yoli Nation!
