Your Guide to Creating Your Own Lifestyle Kit

Last month, we introduced a new line of kits designed to help you work toward your health goals long-term. One of the most exciting kit options is called the Create-Your-Own Lifestyle Kit, and it’s exactly what it sounds like: a kit you get to create yourself. Here is your guide to creating your own Lifestyle Kit!

Choosing Your Products

You’ll want to start by choosing your products. Every Lifestyle Kit contains 175 CV of product, and so will your Create-Your-Own Lifestyle Kit. Go through our product catalog or check out our product page here and decide which products will help you reach your personal health goals. Then go into the Manage Your Autoship section of your Team Office to create your kit and place your order.

Creating Your Meal Plan

One of the most exciting parts of the Create-Your-Own Lifestyle Kit is your ability to craft your meal plan in accordance with your goals. A good place to start is looking at the meal plans for the Alkalinity Kit, the Energy Kit, and the Weight Management Kit. They’ll give you a basic idea of how to structure your meal plan. Keep in mind that creating your own meal plan can be a little tricky, so it’s okay to make adjustments to it as you figure out what works best for you.

Example Kit

Now, let’s build an example kit together! For this example, we’ll say that we’re creating your Lifestyle Kit to help you reach your fitness goals. We’ll start by choosing 175 CV of products that correspond with your goals. In this case, we’ll choose YES for its whey protein content, Passion for a pre-workout energy boost, Fun to promote healthy hydration and exercise recovery, and Flex for joint support.* So the order would look something like this:

  • 1 Canister of YES- 50 CV
  • 2 Boxes of Passion- 50 CV
  • 2 Boxes of Fun- 50 CV
  • 1 Bottle of Flex- 25 CV

Now that we’ve chosen our products, let’s consider the meal plan. You’ll want to follow the basic meal schedule—Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner—of the other meal plans. Then, depending on your workout schedule, you may want to add in an extra serving of carbohydrates to fuel your workout, as well as an additional serving of YES to promote muscle development post-workout. Again, don’t be afraid to play around with your meal plan to find what works best for you and your lifestyle!
