Stay Hydrated

As you might have guessed from the title of this article, we want to start by talking about Fun! Fun is our lemon-lime flavored sports beverage. It’s the perfect way to stay hydrated while you’re enjoying some fun in the sun!

Of course, it’s easy to think about hydrating when you’re exercising, but it’s important no matter what you’re doing. Whether you’re enjoying a day at the beach, a few hours at an amusement park, or an afternoon in the garden, remember to drink plenty of water so you won’t become dehydrated.

Staying hydrated is especially important if you’re using the Transformation Kit because it can help you feel alert and energized.
