Why You Should Sprint

When you’re in the home stretch and the finish line comes into view, it can be tempting to ease up a little. But whether you’ve stuck to the Better Body System perfectly or have had some slip-ups along the way, you’ll feel a greater sense of accomplishment knowing that you did everything you could to sprint to the finish. The momentum of sprinting will also help you carry on once GSS has ended!

Tips for Sprinting to the Finish

  1. Make a commitment to do everything you can to finish on a high note and hold yourself accountable for your decisions.
  2. Forget about any slip-ups you’ve had along the way so you can focus on finishing strong.
  3. Think about why you decided to transform your life in the first place for the motivation to continue.
  4. Lean on your support system.
  5. Remind yourself of how far you’ve come!

What Comes Next?

While it’s great to think about reaching the finish line, it’s even more important to think about what will come next! Now is the perfect time to start thinking about your long-term health goals and what you can do to reach them. Remember, optimal health isn’t a short-term endeavor, but a lifelong journey!

If you haven’t set goals beyond Get Slim for Summer, take a few minutes to think about what you want to accomplish in the coming weeks, months, and even years. Maybe you have a new weight-loss goal in mind. Maybe your goals are more fitness-related, such as running a 5k or learning to play a new sport.
