The Better Body Resolution (BBR) is less than a week away, and we hope you’re planning to participate! We have some incredible things planned to help you make 2017 your best year ever.

With just a few days until the BBR begins, we want you to resolve to transform your life with us in 2017!

Set Your Resolution

At Yoli, our mission is to transform lives physically, emotionally, and financially, and setting your resolution is the first step on your way to transformation!

Start by deciding what kind of transformation you’re looking for. Do you want to transform your life physically, emotionally, or financially? (If you want to transform your life physically, remember that Transformation Kits are $30 off for everyone through January 2nd!)

Once you’ve chosen what kind of transformation you’re going to work toward, keep in mind that the more specific your goals are, the easier it will be to stay on track. Set small, achievable goals that will serve as milestones on the way to your ultimate goal, such as eating lean protein at every meal, going to the gym three times a week, or hosting two to three Better Body Parties every week. Write them down, and commit to reaching those small goals as you work toward your transformation!

Remember Your Why

As you make your resolutions for the New Year, be sure to consider why you want to accomplish them. Knowing the purpose behind your resolutions will help you stay on track when you encounter obstacles, so this is an important step! Take a few minutes to think about the reasons you want to transform your life, and write them down on a piece of paper. Then keep that piece of paper with you to serve as a daily reminder of what you’re working to accomplish!
