Scheduling Your Snacks
The ideal timing of your snacks will depend on your schedule, but there are some things to keep in mind. You’ll want to have your first meal—the Yoli Essential Shake—about thirty minutes after you wake up. Then you’ll want to follow the meal plan and eat a meal every two or three hours, depending on your schedule. Doing so will help you avoid getting too hungry throughout the day and ensure you’re getting the nutrients you need to work toward optimal health.
As you schedule your snacks, remember that you don’t have to be perfect. If a work meeting runs long or you’re late getting home after an errand, delaying your snack won’t derail your schedule entirely. Just make time for it and do your best to stick with the schedule the rest of the day!
Here’s a sample of what your schedule could look like on a Protein Day. We’ll use Meal Plan #2 as an example. Remember, the times shown are just an example, so be sure to adjust yours according to your schedule!
Wake-Up: 6:00 a.m. Take 2 Alkalete capsules and 1 Passion or 2 Thermo Burn.
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. Drink 1 Yoli Essential Shake.
Snack: 9:30 a.m. Eat 2 portions of protein.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. Eat 3 portions of protein.
Snack: 3:30 p.m. Eat 3 portions of protein and drink 1 Passion or take 2 Thermo Burn.
Dinner: 6:30 p.m. Drink 1 Yoli Essential Shake.
Bedtime: 10:00 p.m. Take 2 Pure capsules and 2 Alkalete capsules.
