Banana Split YES Smoothie
1 serving Chocolate YES
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced strawberries
Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!
Plain Greek yogurt
Cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
Mix tuna with Greek yogurt until it reaches your desired consistency. Add in other ingredients, and then enjoy by itself or in a lettuce wrap on Protein Day or on whole-grain bread or crackers on Meal Day!
Ultimate Bean Dip
1 cup Italian dressing
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1 green pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips.
Grand Prize Winner must:
- Join the challenge by signing the pledge by May 17th
- Share your pledge after signing up (using SHARE action)
- Submit either a photo or a video once a week on the contest post participating in the weekly activity (sent out via email and shared on social media outlets) for encouragement from Yoli and other participants.
- At the end of the 6-week challenge, you’ll be provided with a survey. Fill out the Testimonial Survey sent via email.
Winners of all prizes (weekly prizes and Grand Prize) must provide personal information including but not limited to Tax ID number or Social Security Number so that Yoli can provide prizes accurately and efficiently. This information must be provided in a timely manner as determined by Yoli.
